Alison offers talks and Tai Chi sessions for a wide variety of events. Recent events include: Diabetes Research and Wellness Foundation conferences, staff days for a major international company, visiting local exercise and health groups, Different Strokes Exercise Group Milton Keynes, and many more.
Tai Chi for Health at Queens Park Aylesbury syllabus includes Paul Lam's Tai Chi for Arthritis, Qigong and play with Tai Chi fan, stick, and sword. This one hour weekly class is suitable for everyone, regardless of how mobile you are. Wheelchair and stick users are welcome.
Tai Chi at Longwick syllabus includes Dr Chi Chiang Tao Short Form, Classical Sword, partner work and White Crane Qigong.
