David Lamb  has been a student and practioner of oriental martial and healing arts for 30 plus years. His studies have included: Chinese  'soft' arts of taichiquan,  qigong and baguazhang; the Japanese martial art of taijutsu (4th dan black belt); Japanese healing arts  of Shiatsu and Amatsu to diploma level; professional training in acupuncture, tui na (Chinese medical massage) and cranio - sacral therapy;

Tai Chi for Health at Queens Park Aylesbury syllabus includes Tai Chi and Qigong. This one hour weekly class is suitable for everyone, regardless of how mobile you are. Wheelchair and stick users are welcome.

 

Tai Chi at Longwick syllabus includes Dr Chi Chiang Tao Short Form, Classical Sword, partner work and White Crane Qigong.
